Are your personalized kids cups and tumblers dishwasher safe?
The cups themselves are dishwasher-safe, but because of the custom vinyl designs, we recommend handwashing to keep your personalized designs looking their best.
Are the cups BPA-free and safe for kids?
100% yes — every cup is made with food-grade, BPA-free plastic and is completely safe for daily use by toddlers and preschoolers.
What comes with each cup?
Every order includes the 16 oz cup, spill-resistant lid, and reusable plastic straw.
How long does shipping take, especially around Christmas?
Orders typically ship in 1–3 business days year-round. During busy holiday periods (November–December), please allow an extra 1–2 days for us to handcraft and pack your order with care. We work extended hours and ship 6 days a week to get everything out as fast as possible!

Can I add a name exactly how I want it spelled?
Yes! Type the name exactly as you’d like it to appear — any spelling or capitalization is perfect.
Can I request a completely custom design?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not take custom orders.

Are your vinyl decals waterproof and permanent?
Yes — made with high-quality permanent outdoor vinyl. Waterproof, UV-resistant, and built to last years outdoors.
